Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MT Krafty Creationz LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
MT Krafty Creationz LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Valid identification may be required at pickup.
