Refund & Return Policy

At MT Krafty Creationz LLC, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products. Once an order has been placed, production begins and materials are allocated specifically for your order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom T-Shirts
Trucker Hats
Tumblers
Party Favors
Keepsakes
Personalized Gifts
Custom Apparel and Accessories

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Color & Design Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to monitor and screen settings. Minor color variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
